Band Camp Donations
This year we are trying something new and asking families to donate goods or gift cards to band camp week. I will be available at the end of each summer rehearsal to drop off any items you are donating. If for some reason you cannot make it to the school, but would still like to donate, you can drop them off at Jenn’s house.
Band Camp Dinners
Each year during camp, the band parents feed the kids dinner each night. We need help setting up the cafe, plus serving the food and cleaning up each night. We are also looking for donations of fruit salad, green salad and dessert trays (cookies, brownies etc). Please make sure all items being donated for this do not contain nuts!
Band Camp Evening Activities
This year we have two special nights of camp, the Ice Cream Social and the end of camp Dance. Both promise a lot of fun and laughs for the students and staff. We will also continue the tradition of Pie the Director night on Friday. All parents are more than welcome to come to the side of the building for a good laugh!
Football Game Halftime Help
At each home game, we provide snacks at half time for our band and the visiting band. All home games are attached to this sign up. Please note that middle school band night, alumni night and senior night require a little extra help, as we have more people to serve. Also, something new this year, we are asking for help to put up the Senior signs along the fence line. You have to be in the stadium by 6pm to do this!
Competition Volunteers
This is the sign up for each competition for helping to move equipment. We are looking for 25 people for each show to get equipment on and off the field. More details about this will be forthcoming from Mike Shadiack.
Classic Volunteers
Everyone’s favorite day! All hands make light work for our home show and we need as much help as we can get that day. There are currently 16 bands signed up to compete!
End of Season Dinner
Mark your calendar for the end of season dinner on November 10th. It is never too early to sign up!
