Dear Color Guard, Roxbury Marching Gaels and Roxbury Sound Parents and Students:
This has been an amazing season and you all should be very proud of what has been accomplished by your children. The hard work and dedication by your children, teaching staff and parents is something that should be celebrated! You are cordially invited to attend our end of the season Roxbury Marching Bands Dinner on Tuesday, November 13th. This catered event will be held in the Roxbury High School cafeteria from 6-8:30 PM. We will have speakers, presentations to students and of course, our slide show. Please arrive in plenty of time to check in and be seated. Doors will open at 5:30. The dinner will begin promptly at 6pm.
Dinner is COMPLIMENTARY for each Color Guard, Roxbury Marching Gael and Roxbury Sound student. Parents and guests are welcome to attend. Admission for adults is $10 each; children 12 & under will be charged $5 each. Reservations MUST be purchased in advance. We will not be offering dinner purchases at the door.
We NEED you to respond by returning this form to one of the band directors WITH payment (if applicable) NO LATER THAN Tuesday, NOVEMBER 6th ! Please keep in mind that dinner is catered, and we must order the food one week prior, therefore late reservations will not be accepted. Students who will be attending without family members MUST submit a reservation form, so we may account for the dinner. You can download the form here!
As in the past, we are asking families to donate a dessert. Please email me what you would like to bring so I can keep track of how many desserts we will have. You can bring it to the dessert table the evening of the dinner. If your dessert will contain any nut products, please include a note in large letters for those with allergies.
